Shipping Policy

Shipping only in New Zealand, no International orders.  Australian orders please contact to discuss.

Shipping of products ordered is usually organised within 3-5 business days of placing the order if the item is in stock.  If a "made to order" item, please contact for your timeframe.  

Shipping is via NZ Post (tracked parcel post) or through Courier Post.

Shipping cost includes packaging.

Refund Policy

Due to the handmade and custom nature of each item, I do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
