I currently dispatch orders though NZ Post. Items are packaged sustainably using recycled materials where possible.
Delivery time is usually within 5-10 working days. Your order may be processed faster than this, or may be delayed depending on Covid restrictions for NZ Post. No refunds will be given for postal delays.
If you need a product urgently please send me a note with your order and I will do my best to get the items to you as soon as possible.
We do our best to package in a way that will keep your items safe, but if your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a replacement on return of damaged goods. We are not responsible for return postage.
