Shipping for Helping Hand Africa products are within NZ only.
$5.00 standard shipping per item + $2.00 for every additional item in your cart.
Shipping will be despatched by courier after payment transaction is completed.
All orders will be provided with a tracking number.
Refund Policy
At Helping Hand Africa Store, we like to create perfect garments and are super confident that you will be 100% happy with our products. However, from time to time issues can arise, so we will make sure you as our customer are satisfied.
- If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch within 7 days after delivery. We may, at our discretion and only if the goods are in sale-able condition, accept your purchase back whereby a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.
- Your item/s will need to be in their original condition
- Buyer must cover shipping costs to and from for exchanges.
- Returns must be received within 10 days of you receiving your items.
