Shipping Policy
Free shipping: New Zealand & Australia
Shipped orders will receive an email notification, which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number.
Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully!
If the product you have received is damaged or faulty, please email - sueskellerndesigns@xtra.co.nz, so we can sort a replacement. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item and the cost of the return shipping will be reimbursed upon inspection of the damaged or faulty item.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the "made to order" nature of our products, so please choose carefully!
Please be sure to inspect your order for damage sustained in transit and let us know if there are any problems.
Incorrect orders: Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the incorrect order e.g. sent to the wrong address.
We will provide a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
