Products will be sent within 2 working days of purchase through NZ Post. A tracking number will be provided once the package is sent.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return.
If your return is due to change of mind you will be responsible for shipping costs for the return at your own risk. Due to fees incurred we also charge a fee of $10 on returns.
To be eligible for a return and replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
