Shipping Policy
All of our items are custom made, please allow up to three weeks for your item to be made and sent to you.
Shipping is overnight with NZ Couriers once your item is made.
We do everything we can to ensure the safety of your product during transit. We take no responsibility for the damaged caused by courier and a claim needs to be lodged before a replacement item is sent.
Refund Policy
We do our best to package in a way that will keep your items safe, but if your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact NZ Couriers and lodge a claim with them directly.
We do not accept any refunds, due to time taken and cost of materials. All of our items are made with care.
