We endeavour to make sure all our items are of the highest quality. Once you have ordered the product from us we have it custom printed and therefore have a 'no return' policy on our items unless product is faulty on delivery.
Faulty ItemsÂ
If for some reason you receive a faulty item please email us at emptindustries@gmail.com and we will provide you with an exchange, store credit or refund once we have received the returned item. You must notify us of your intentions to return the item and we should receive it within seven days. The cost of shipping the returned item is the responsibility of the buyer.

Pre-Orders
Payment for pre-orders are taken at the time of ordering – where multiple items are purchased in one order (including items in-stock and pre-order) only one delivery fee (if applicable) will be charged and items in-stock will be dispatched immediately.
