Refund Policy

FAULTS

In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately here and provide us with the details and order number within 21 days of receiving your order.

We will offer a refund or replacement (if we have a replacement in stock) once we have received the returned item.

We do our best to ensure that all items are securely packaged before sending, to minimise any chances of being damaged in transit.

However, if you have any genuine issues upon receiving your order please contact us as soon as possible within 3 working days, so that we can do our best to resolve the issue for you.

If your order has arrived damaged then you MUST ensure that you keep ALL original packaging, including the courier bag that it was delivered in. We cannot replace or claim for damaged products without everything being accounted for.

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace damaged products that cannot be reclaimed from the courier carrier through damages.
