Shipping is generally thru NZ Couriers or NZ Post. Cost will be confirmed when address for postage has been supplied.
If overseas postage is required, this will be worked out with the buyer
All shipping will be paid by the customer unless delivery can be done locally or we have Free Shipping specials running
Refund Policy
A refund can not be given if you simply change your mind.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Custom orders require a deposit which will be forfeited if you decided to cancel your order and construction has been started. If no construction has started, deposits will be refunded in full.
We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind, if there is an issue of any kind we will try and rectify the order.
