Description
Always use caution when using candles and hot wax and do not leave unattended. Keep away from children, beads are small and may be swallowed, do not let children used unsupervised.
The metal plate on the burner will also be exceptionally hot, care must be taken. Do not touch until it has cooled.
The wax spoons become exceptionally hot, so take care when handling and wiping clean. Do not touch the spoon – or burner – when hot and in use.

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
Australia
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
I am happy to exchange items, you will need to courier the original item, new and unused at your cost. There may also be an additional charge to courier the replacement item to you.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
To return your product, contact us for our return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Items may be returned in the same condition as they were received, items are to be returned through tracked courier at the customers cost. Items can be returned if they don't fit, refunds are available, but will be less any processing costs.
