Shipping Policy
Our tiles are shipped in a A4 signature required track pack with a charge of $7.50 within New Zealand. Price may differ if the parcel is larger than the A4 we use. We also allow pick ups from our home in Te Atatu, West Auckland at a time/day mutually agreed upon.
Refund Policy
Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. To qualify for a Refund, returned items must be returned in original packaging together with unused glue dots. Returned items must have no visible signs of use or damage.
