This poster can be printed in A6, A5, A4, A3, A2. We haven’t tested this print in any size larger than A2, so cannot attest to it’s quality
but there is no reason it can’t be printed at A1.Please note your digital download will not include the watermarked stop symbol overlaying the poster, this is just there to protect the original artwork from being copied as it is the intellectual property of Ayla Mai Baby Boutique. The image of the wall art displayed in a frame is just so you can see how it would look on the wall, the frame is not included.

Shipping Policy
We aim to post your items within 1-2 business days after you have placed your order, however if we are processing a large volume of orders, there may be slight delays. We will notify you by email of any significant delays to your order.
Please note we are unable to ship orders on weekends and public holidays, so ensure you take this into account when making your purchase. You will be notified of your shipping cost at checkout when purchasing your item.
Flat Rate Shipping within New Zealand of $6 and free shipping on orders over $100.
Within Australia there is a flat rate of $15.00 for shipping and shipping is free if you spend $150 or more.
If you wish to return an item, it must be returned to our address, which can be given to you through email correspondence. If you choose not to obtain tracking with your purchase, we are not responsible for any items that may be lost in transit. If we don't receive an item that you have shipped back to us, we ask that you contact the relevant courier or postal service you used to inquire about the delivery or make a complaint. We are not responsible in any way for items lost in transit, and are under no obligation to refund a lost item.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be shipped back at your own cost. We do not refund for change of mind, only for damaged or faulty garments.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at aylamaibabyboutique@gmail.com and we will guide you through the process from there. There is a chance that your item may not be able to be exchanged due to a lack of stock or if the item has been discontinued. If this is the case, and your item is indeed defective or damaged, you will receive a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
