All lamp shades are produced on-demand to meet your individual order. Therefore katalina's Handicrafts policy is that there are no exchanges possible once an order has been made. Clear images of each lampshade are available for viewing on the Chooice.co.nz website before you confirm your order. We don't offer exchanges due to health and safety. Please ensure you are happy with your choices before ordering
Any damage sustained during shipping must also be reported immediately (no later than 48 hours after receipt) so that a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier. You will need to ensure the carrier can re-collect the item if required as part of any investigation.
