Once your package is with the courier Black Sheep Design we can provide you with the tracking reference (for NZ orders), which you can then enter at the relevant courier website.
To ensure guaranteed delivery of your parcel to reach you in time for Christmas be sure to place your order by these dates:
Rural New Zealand - 16 December
Rest of New Zealand - 19 December
Australia - 9 December
South Pacific, East Asia, North America, UK and Europe - 2 December
Rest of the world - 30 November
If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange or gift voucher within 14 days from the date of purchase. The item MUST be in its original condition, unused/undamaged and in its original packaging. All Sale and special orders ie: personalised items, are final; no refunds, exchanges or credits available. Items returned are at buyers cost and exchanged items will incur an extra delivery charge.
