Vera is confident you will be happy with your art.  She prides herself on the quality of her work.

She is happy to meet her obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if her art has been wrongly described.  Vera will refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt if returned undamaged to her in Auckland, New Zealand address. (I can not repeat an item as they are all individually made)

Your satisfaction in the quality of the item is paramount, we do not have to provide a refund if you have simply changed your mind.

You must return the item and original packaging and invoice to Vera within 7 days receive refund the item.  The details of the return shipping address is included on the invoice.  You must return the item using the same postage and packaging method as the item was shipped to you, unless agreed otherwise with Vera.

A refund will not be offered unless all the above provisions are satisfied.
