Shipping Policy

All orders are sent out within 1-7 working days after receiving payment.
Cheeky Raskal's Removable Wall Decals are made to order in your preferred colour and size, therefore some time is needed to cut and dispatch. 

*SPECIAL OFFER: $7.90 flat rate Courier for all residential New Zealand orders,  $11.90 Courier for Rural Deliveries & FREE Courier for orders over $150

Refund Policy

Cheeky Raskal will promptly meet any obligations to remedy any faults or damage caused in transit by means of replacement, exchange or gift voucher. If for some reason these options are not available, a refund will be processed. Refunds are not processed for change of mind. 

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange or gift voucher within 14 days from the date of purchase. The item MUST be in its original condition, unused/undamaged and in its original packaging. All Sale and special orders ie: personalised items, are final; no refunds, exchanges or credits available. Items returned are at buyers cost and exchanged items will incur an extra delivery charge.
