Shipping Policy
All items will be shipped within three working days, unless we advise you of any delays. Shipping in NZ sent overnight courier with Courier Post
Refund Policy
Refunds from our stock items will be accepted if the piece is returned to us (at customers expense) in perfect condition, within two weeks of the original order. If the piece is not in perfect condition, no refund will be given.
Custom items may only be refunded if work has not yet begun on the piece.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations must be made before the order has been sent out (1-3 working days from order date) On stock items this will always be awarded, but if work has begun on a custom order you will be unable to cancel it.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted on stock items (ie. custom orders will not be able to cancel, return or exchange once work has commenced)
The piece may be returned in perfect condition for exchange or refund within two weeks of original order. If the piece is in any way marked, dented or broken, it will not be able to be accepted for return or exchange.
