Faulty item refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date; if 14 days has gone by since your purchase unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
Once we have received and inspected your return we will contact you and let you know if your refund was approved or not, if approved you will be refunded on your original payment method.
We unfortunately can not offer exchanges as we have limited amounts and sizes of each item and can not guarantee that item will be available. so please make sure you pick the correct sizing for your pet.
I try to make everything perfect but please allow a 1-2cm error as items are hand cut and sewn.
