Refund Policy
If our courier does not deliver your goods we will offer a refund of the amount that you paid, or resend the item/s.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We allow returns within 10 days of an order being placed. Items must be returned in the original packaging and must not be damaged. Your returned order must also be via a tracked delivery service, as we can not replace lost or damaged items. We will then refund the original order price, excluding any shipping fees.
