Shipping Policy
New Zealand:
Shipping rates - $8 for all of NZ for up to 4 mugs.
More than 4 mugs shipped the price will increase.
Delivery Times - 5 to 10 working days
Australia:
Shipping rates - $12
Delivery times - 10 to 14 working days
We cannot be held responsible for any delays as a result of couriers, acts of nature, natural disasters or events beyond our control
Refund Policy
If any items are damaged during shipping we will replace the items at no further cost to you.
If you are unhappy with the quality we are happy to replace or refund.
However, we do not issue refunds for changing your mind.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders must be cancelled within 48 hours of the order being placed to be eligible for a refund.
Orders cancelled after shipping will not be refunded.
Please be sure of what you order as we print to order.
We will exchange if sizing is incorrect.
