Shipping Policy
Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of receiving payment, and should arrive within a week. Orders will be tracked. A flat fee of $10 is charged throughout NZ. Rural Delivery (RD) will cost an extra $4. Free shipping for orders over $100.
Refund Policy
If you are not happy with the purchase you have made, as long as the products have not been opened and/or used you can return them for a refund or exchange within 5 working days of receiving (see also below Cancellations/Returns/Exchange Policy):

Cancellations - We don not accept cancelled orders if you have changed your mind. However if you have exceptional circumstances and need to cancel, please email us within 24 hours of ordering, at trueblueorganics@gmail.com Â
Refunds and returns - If you are not happy with the purchase you have made, as long as the products have not been opened and/or used you can return them for a refund or exchange within 5 working days of receiving.Â
The cost of returning is at your own expense and must be tracked to ensure we receive them. Your original postage costs will not be refunded.Â
If a product is faulty or sent in error we will cover any postage cost to return the items. We do not accept returns on opened or used items unless faulty.Â
