$6 nationwide courier nationwide New Zealand. This covers rural options also. We use Pass The Parcel couriers and you will receive an email with tracking details once shipped.
Refund Policy
If our courier does not deliver your goods or they arrive in an unsatisfactory condition we will offer a monetary refund of the amount that you paid, or resend goods. You will be offered those options.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation of an order is accepted prior to shipping but once shipped, this is no longer an option. Due to the nature of our product there is no return or exchange.
