Shipping Policy
We ship via NZ Post or Aramex Couriers
The general rule is Aramex 2 x per week, and NZ Post 1 x per week.
However if you have an urgent package, please get in touch and providing it is possible we will do our best to get it away on the next available pickup.
Please note Rural delivery is unfortunately markably different in price to urban NZ.
We do our best at all times to find you the best shipping prices we can, but being such a small business, can not afford to cover the RD costs so we have to pass them on to the customer. Thankyou for your understanding.
Refund Policy
If you receive a product you believe to be faulty, please get in touch within three working days of receiving it.
We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case by case basis.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If your item is not what you expected please get in touch to discuss options.
