New Zealand Delivery:
Auckland $5.70
North Island $8.80
South Island $13.70
Deliveries within New Zealand can take up to 3 days nationwide, not including weekends or public holidays, and delays due to busy periods.

**Please note that all delivery times are from the date your item has been picked up by the courier. You will receive a notification to let you know your items are on their way with a tracking number.
If you require special delivery or you would like us to arrange courier services please let us know when you place your order and we can quote you a new shipping cost.

Although we hope you love all your items from Waihetian we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
We will provide a credit note for any full price items that adhere to the below conditions.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
Items must be returned with 7 days of receiving your order
All original tags must remain attached
Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition
Return must include original invoice
Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, other than in the event of them being faulty. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch at hello@waihetian.co.nz if you have any questions regarding sizing or design, alternatively visit: https://waihetian.co.nz/pages/sizing. Any items returned outside the 10 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return.
We reserve the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.
