Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will then receive an email notification with a tracking number to let you know your order has been shipped. 


Shipping Costs

All shipping charges on your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, any issues or questions with this please email lilyandsagenz@gmail.com

There will be a $4.20 additional charge, added to your order at checkout if you are sending your order to a rural address. 

We do not offer a local/instore pickup - sorry for any inconvenience 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries;

  • Australia
  • United Kingdom (UK)
  • United States (US)
  • Canada
  • China

We do also ship to other countries with a $25 flat shipping rate. 

Your order may have unexpected import duties and taxes (including VAT). These are incurred once a shipment reaches its destination country. We as the seller are not responsible for these charges if they are applied to your order, as the customer you are responsible to cover these charges. 

We do NOT ship to PO Box, please provide a physical address. 


How do I check the status of my order?

once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number included. You can use this number to check the current status of your order. 

Please allow 24 hours before your order status updates.

If you haven't received your international order within 2 weeks (excluding weekends) and domestic order within 3-5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number and we will follow up on the status of your order for you. 

Please allow an extra 3 days for rural delivery, making this a total of 3-7 business days for delivery. 

Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 21 days from the day you received your email confirmation of your order being shipped. 

We do not allow a physical refund, our refunds are completed through the form of store credit.

Approved reasons for a refund;

  • Manufacturers fault
  • Doesn't fit/the
  • wrong size

Non approved reasons for a refund;

  • Consumer error

We will contact you once we've received your request for a refund and let you know if it has been approved or not. If approved you will be issued a store credit to the value of your order in the form of a gift card. Shipping costs of the original order and non-refundable and will not be included in the total amount of store credit.

Cancellation Policy

We do not issue refunds if you decide you no longer want your order so please choose wisely 

How do I use my store credit?

The store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card, you must then use the code on the card and apply it at checkout. This will then apply the value of the card to your order, please assure this has been applied before proceeding with your order.

You are expected to get in contact with Lily And Sage within the 21 days stated above with reason and photographic evidence as to why you are returning/exchanging your order. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition you received it in - unworn, unused and tags still on. You must also include the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, this includes sale items (discounted/promotional) and gift cards.

How do I start a return/exchange request?

To start a return/exchange request you must contact lilyandsagenz@gmail.com. If your return/exchange request is approved you will then be sent further instructions with information on where to send your return. Items that are returned without first making contact will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for return shipping fees.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival, if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item please contact us ASAP so we can correct the issues.
