We use Aramex as our preferred courier service. Delivery within Auckland is typically 1-2 business days and delivery outside of Auckland can take 3-5 business days.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an arrival day so please allow for plenty of time when sending a gift box or hamper for a special occasion.
Do you send overseas?
No, for now we only deliver within New Zealand.
Do I pay postage on each box or hamper?
You can send as many boxes and/or hampers as you like to the same address for the same postage price.
If you’re sending boxes and/or hampers to different locations, then you’ll pay postage for each location.
Can I pick up my box or hamper?
No, we do not allow pickups at this stage.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We pride ourselves in delivering quality gift boxes and hampers in the best possible condition to our customers and their recipients. But if you feel your gift box or hamper didn’t arrive in the best condition, then let us know within 5 days of receipt to discuss your concerns. We’ll discuss the issue with you and look to provide a suitable outcome.
