If goods received are damaged or faulty, we will replace those goods so long as they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. We request that you provide within 24 hours of receipt of damaged or faulty goods, a photograph / photographs showing such damage. Proof of purchase must be provided. Shipping expenses in both directions are non refundable. After 30 days returns and refunds are subject to the manufacturers warranty. 

No refunds are provided when a customer has changed his / her mind about the purchase, nor if products have been opened and /or used, however, refunds may be afforded at the discretion of the management.
