Shipping Policy

All orders will be ship via Courier Post or Post Haste at a flat rate of $6.95. Our delivery target is 2-3 days excluding rural areas  which may take a few extra days.

Refund Policy

Creative Styles has a 7 days return policy.  We do not offer exchanges.

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the buyer unless there is a fault with the product.  Your original shipping and handling cost is non-refundable.  Ownership of the item remains with the buyer until it is delivered to us so we suggest using trackable postage options to ensure delivery.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, SALE ITEMS cannot be refunded.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We do our very best to check over all items before packing them to be sent out. On the off chance a fault is overlooked, please contact: info@creativestyles.co.nz with a photograph and description of the fault so we can arrange a replacement for you. If the faulty item is not a custom item, we may require you to send it back to us, so please do not discard it. If the item you ordered is no longer available, you may choose a different item, a store credit or a full refund.
