Refund Policy
All care is taken to ensure your item/s are packaged safely.

In the event that your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us asap and I will arrange a replacement or refund.

If a piece breaks due to maltreatment, there will be no exchanges or refunds, so please refer to the care section.

Care:
All items are made from non toxic PVC polymer clay and although strong, it is not indestructible. To make sure that your new pieces stay looking beautiful, avoid bending them and handling them roughly. Always store your pieces away from other objects to avoid them from getting damaged or scratched. Avoid getting your earrings wet, remove before swimming and bathing, keep away from perfumes, hairspray and harsh chemicals.

To clean your pieces use a clean damp cloth.
