Shipping Policy

We currently aim to ship out orders at least twice a week, most commonly on Wednesdays and Fridays, but this is subject to change depending on workload, etc that particular week.

Our goal is to ship orders within 7 days of your order being placed, but as many items are made when ordered this target can occasionally be missed. If there is going to be a delay to your order being shipped out, we’ll endeavour to contact you via email or on-site messaging.

Usually, orders arrive with the buyer well within a week of the order being placed. Often with 2-3 days.

All domestic orders are shipped via tracked courier, using either NZ Post or Aramax.

International orders are available. If you can’t find a shipping option for your country please contact us at thepeculiarpixienz@gmail.com and we’ll get one set up for you.

If your order is urgent, feel free to contact us about your order at thepeculiarpixienz@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to expedite it for you.

There is currently no local pickup option available. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We do not offer product refunds or exchanges for change of mind, as per our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

In the event you receive your item damaged during shipping, please contact us at thepeculiarpixienz@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item with a description of the damage and photos showing it. I will do my best to assist in repairing the damage for you.

Was your package lost in transit? On extremely rare occasions packages are shown as delivered via tracking/delivery confirmation but a customer reports it stolen or missing. In the event of this occurring please contact us as soon as possible at thepeculiarpixienz@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist you in rectifying the issue.
