Shipping Policy
Shipping is within 3-5 days of payment and confirmation of fabric choices. Delays may occur due to number or items ordered, stock shortage of fabric or unprecedented demand.
Refund Policy
No refunds on breastfeeding pillows or body pillows due to being a health based product. Exceptions are unless the issue is in line with consumers guarantees act. I.e fabric rips and is unable to be repaired.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Returns will be accepted in accordance with the consumers guarantees act. If there is a fault with the product that is mendable the options are a discount or a repair, if unmendable then a full refund will be available.
We dont accept returns for change of mind purchases.
