We only fulfill New Zealand domestic orders to home and office addresses. Unfortunately, because of the nature of our products we are unable to ship directly to P.O Boxes.
At this stage, Little Givers Limited does not ship internationally with the exception of Australia. For our Australian customers, please note that shipping costs may vary depending on which State/Territory you request shipment to.
The risk of loss of any product(s) ordered through this Website is transferred to you upon our delivery of the product(s) to the shipping carrier.
Locations within New Zealand have a flat rate shipping cost of $6.00. We do our very best to ensure that our shipping fees are as reasonable as possible. Unfortunately some items can be oversized and heavy and may incur an additional charge. In all cases we will notify the customer before adding an extra charge for shipping.
While most of our products can be returned, we cannot accept returns of Gift Cards or any items that are marked "Final Sale".
If you are not happy with any returnable product(s) ordered for any reason, you may return the product(s) so long as we receive them within 15 days after your date of purchase.
Please ensure that all returnable items are unused, in their original packaging (including tags and labels) and in saleable condition. We will refund the purchase price of the item returned. However, you will not be refunded any original shipping costs incurred.
As per our money back guarantee – after your return is processed we will still donate an item to a child in need as per our commitment at the time of purchase.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We do our best to ensure that all shipped products are of a high standard of quality. Once the product is shipped it is the customer’s responsibility to check product(s) promptly upon delivery. If any purchased product(s) show material or manufacturing defects, please contact us within 15 days so that we can arrange for the product to be refunded, repaired or replaced. In all instances please email email@example.com with the following:

Description of the issue
Shipping address for replacement item
Please note that this warranty does not apply to general wear and tear, abnormal storage of the product(s), improper fit or use, any repair or any accidental loss or damage.
If it is confirmed that the products are defective we will offer you, at Little Givers Limited’s sole discretion, to provide you a replacement product(s) at no cost to you, a full refund (including the purchase price, original shipping costs and any costs incurred in returning the product to us) or the repair the defective product if applicable. In all cases this will be discussed with the customer.
Please ensure that any issues are bought to our attention within 15 days of purchase. Any product issues outside of this 15 day period will not be considered under this warranty.
This Warranty only applies to items sold on this Website and does not include any Market sales.
