Shipping Policy

Shipping within NZ

Currently we are using NZ Post for delivery, this will be tracked, non signature. Delivery times are between 3-4 days, note RD address will take longer. 

Free Shipping for New Zealand - Minimum spend is $99.00 

Free Shipping to Australia - Minimum spend is $129.00 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to return the product back to us. 

If you are in Australia and would like to return, we can be flexible on timing but must have proof it has been sent within 7 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
