As all of my work is custom made for YOU, please allow 7-10 business days for completion of your order.
Price includes tracked courier anywhere in New Zealand – estimated delivery time is 3-5days (Rural add 2-3days).
Refund Policy
I am happy to replace any items either lost or damaged in transit.
If your package is damaged contact must be made within 7 days from when the parcel was sent, or if your parcel is missing contact must be made within 14 days from when the parcel was sent.
In the unlikely event your parcel is damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with the details of the damage, including photographs. Please do not discard any packaging. I will arrange for a courier to collect the damaged item/s to be returned to me.
