International orders: $20 flat rate
How are the prints packaged and sent?
Prints are rolled with tissue paper and packaged in a strong mailing tube. Smaller prints may be sent flat in a rigid mailing envelope.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For personalised artwork, please allow 5 days for the design time, on top of the print and shipping times below.
Please allow 3-5 days for orders to be printed and posted. Average shipping times:
Within NZ: 2-14 days
Worldwide: 14-28 days
For international orders, all prints are sent via Registered Post through GoSweetSpot. Please note that additional custom charges may also apply in the destination country, for which I cannot be held responsible.

Refund Policy
Refunds are not available as artwork is printed to order. However, if there is any damage to your print on arrival, please contact me via email [email protected] with a photograph of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations, returns and exchanges are not possible as artwork is printed to order and is often personalised. However, if you're not totally wowed by your purchase, then please do drop me an email [email protected] and I can arrange a store credit.
