Shipping Policy
Shipping is done via Pass the parcel. Postage will be charged at $6.80. If overnight is required we may need to charge more.
Refund Policy
Please choose carefully, after the finalisation and you have agreed to the design we won’t be able to change/add or alter any details and we won’t offer a refund for change of mind.
Once you receive your item/s and you feel there is a genuine problem or the item/s are not working please contact us immediately and within reason will look to remedy the problem or offer a replacement or refund.
If you are offered a replacement or
refund, we will ask for item/s to be returned so we can investigate and to our discretion we may also offer to reimburse the cost of returning item/s.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Unfortunately as we offer personalised items & would be unable to on sell most of these items to anyone as they would have been personalised to specifically, we would not be able to accept a return or exchange.
If you find that the item was not as you had expected, please advise us so that we can rectify any issues you may have with the item.
We endeavour to provide drafts for the work we do before we actually make items to ensure the item will turn out as you expect it to.
If there are issues with any LED light bases where they are not working when you receive them please let us know so that we can work fix the issue for you.
