Shipping all NZ starts from $3.00
We currently use Courier Post and/or Aramex within New Zealand. All our products are made to order and can take up to 2 weeks to produce. All customers are provided with a tracking number when the item is sent.
All orders are monitored and we like to keep in touch to make sure you are informed of any delays or issues with your shipping. If your order is lost in transit, we'll lodge an inquiry with the courier and do everything we can to help resolve.
We aim to ensure your order is packaged with the utmost care and delivered the exact way it left us. If your order is damaged in transit, we'll lodge a claim with the courier and do everything we can so that you're refunded 100% of your order costs. If this does occur, we may require additional information to support the claim such as photographs of the damaged packaging / order.
Refunds on personalised/customised products
As our products are made specifically to order, we do not refund if you simply change your mind. If you receive your order and items are faulty or defective we will work with you to either replace items or refund total costs of goods only.

Our products are made specifically to order. For this reason, we can only offer a full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours of making it. Cancellations made after 24 hours may incur a 10% cancellation fee to cover purchasing of raw materials.
Returns on personalised/customised products
As our products are made specifically to order and are often personalised, we're unable to accept returns unless the products are faulty or defective. In which case we'll look to replace or refund total cost of goods only.
