Items are tracked at the Post Shop so the likelihood of loss is minimal
I do not refund due to change of heart on receipt of the artwork, so choose wisely

Jewellery can be returned to be fixed or the price refunded if it breaks
Cards, journals and memory books will be wrapped and posted so no damage should occur. However if they arrive broken then they will be refunded.

If the glass breaks you can send back for replacement glass. This is unlikely as items will be wrapped in bubble wrap
