Shipping Policy
Artworks and prints are packaged with bubble wrap and cardboard and protective layers are used so resin surfaces do not mark. All products with an NZ address are sent via courier so there is a tracking number available. I use fastway/aramax items are usually shipped within 3 days unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Please choose your artwork carefully. I allow returns within 7 days of an order being placed, all prints must be returned in the original packaging and must not be damaged. Your returned order must also be via a tracked delivery service, as I can not replace lost or damaged items. I will then refund the original order price, excluding any shipping fees. Refunds are only completed when your original order is received, and if it is in perfect condition.
