LG and Me ships in stock items within 1-3 days using New Zealand Couriers or tracked New Zealand Post.
LG and Me uses a flat rate of shipping of $7.50 on all items.
Refund Policy
LG and Me accepts returns on non-sale items. All items must be in original condition with original attached tags. Items may be returned for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price. Please email us [email protected] within 5 days of receiving items & items must be returned within 21 days of purchase date. The cost of returning the items via mail is the customers expense. Once LG and Me has received the goods have been returned and accepted, LG and Me will happily exchange your item or refund you using the same payment method. If items are in damaged, worn or a condition not saleable, LG and Me reserves the right to refuse the return.
