Shipping Policy

Shipping

A flat fee of $6 applies to all national orders below $60. There is free shipping on all orders above $60.

Dispatch

All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment. 

Tax

All prices are inclusive of 15%  tax

Refund Policy

Refunds are only given for products with money back guarantee. Contact needs to be made within 14 days of ordering items and the product needs to be returned in original packaging.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns

Due to the handcrafted nature and intended personal use of our products we are unable to restock dispatched goods. As a result we do not accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your order, please send us an email at info@earthical.co.nz to discuss options to meet your satisfaction.

If a package is returned to us due to the address being entered incorrectly at checkout, we will contact you for another address and additional shipping fees

Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the order will be considered valid and the customer will remain liable for the full payment. Please contact us asap if you wish not to proceed with your order.
