Shipping Policy

We ship all New Zealand parcels using Post Haste courier. All parcels are carefully packaged and shipped flat to ensure your prints arrive safely.

We ship all international parcels using NZ Post. These are picked up by the national shipping service or courier service in your country.

Shipping is free in New Zealand (up to 2 framed art prints). 3+ framed art prints incur an additional courier fee.

All orders are sent with a tracking number so you can track the parcel in New Zealand and in your destination country (depending on your country). 

Once shipped, orders should take 2-10 days to arrive in most countries, but some countries can take a lot longer depending on Covid-19 delays, customs clearance times and the efficiency of the postal service. If you have concerns about delays, please contact your local post office.

Note that framed prints can't be shipped internationally due to the fragile glass.

Returns
We do not accept returns if you change your mind. Please choose carefully! We do accept returns for damaged prints. Please contact your delivery provider to place a claim if your print has been damaged during delivery.

Refunds
If you need to return a damaged print to us, please email [email protected] Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
No refunds on sale items unless damaged.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
