Shipping Policy

Our items (excluding Ready Made Collection) are lovingly made to order. While we aim to have your order made and sent as soon as possible please allow 5-10 working days for it to be created. Once your order is made, packed up and ready to go you will be emailed a shipping confirmation and your tracking details. 

If you require an item by a certain date or earlier than our 5-10 business days estimate, please contact us before ordering to ensure that we can accommodate your request.  

Products from our Ready Made Collection are sent out 2-5 business days from when your order has been placed.  

We use Post Haste (Pass the Parcel) Couriers for our shipping and everything is tracked.

Our parcels are sent tracked (with Post Haste/Pass the Parcel). Once sent, the majority of parcels have a 1-2 day delivery time, however this may vary during peak seasons and location within New Zealand.  Rural addresses may take longer for delivery (3-5 days).  Please note we are not responsible for orders being late due to courier delays.

Refund Policy

RETURNS

Any returns must be claimed within 14 days from delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was received, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (replying to your original invoice email is fine).

Custom made goods that include names and dates are not returnable and are non-refundable. These items have been made specific to your requirements and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged once they have been made.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or are mis-spelled (please note if your order has the wrong spelling we are not responsible for this!). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dapahcreations@gmail.com with a photo of the product for return/exchange.  We will let you know our postal address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  We are not responsible for delays with the courier companies. 

LOST PARCELS

All items are sent using tracked courier, if an item is lost in the shipping process (before delivery is confirmed) we will assist investigating where your parcel is with the courier company.  We do not provide a refund on items that are lost upon delivery. We may be able to send a replacement order IF we still stock your choices, but you will need to pay the full price for this.

SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded - sale or clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund shows in your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at dapahcreations@gmail.com.
