Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be dispatched.
We currently only deliver to New Zealand addresses.
The shipping fee will be based on the weight of the item purchased. Shipping rates range between $5 - $15. An extra Rural charge will apply.
You will be emailed a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.
Refund Policy
Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen. All products are uniquely individual and no two items are the same.
Refunds and exchanges will be offered within 14 days of purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email derek.tvb@xtra.co.nz to discuss further. Returned products must be tracked post and at buyers expense.
