Exchanges/Returns: Returns are accepted in the original condition and packaging.  Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and returned within 14 days of initial delivery. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. The original jewellry must be received in its original state, including packaging. Once we receive and approve the return/exchange, we will issue a return or exchange. Exchanges will be issued in the form of a custom listing for a new item(s) within our shop. If the exchange is less than the original product price (original shipping excluded) we will leave a credit on your account for 1 (one) year after the original purchase date. We will message you a certificate with details. If you do not use the credit/balance, within that year, you forfeit the remaining balance. If the exchange is greater than the original product price, you will be responsible for paying the difference. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to purchase another item within our shop.
