Refunds and Returns

We do not accept cancelled orders if you have just changed your mind. However if you have exceptional circumstances and need to cancel, please email us within the first 4 hours of ordering, at ripeproductsnz@gmail.com

If you are not happy with the purchase you have made, as long as the products have not been opened and/or used you can return them for a refund or exchange within 5 working days of receiving. The cost of returning is at your own expense and must be tracked to ensure we receive them.  Your original postage cost will not be refunded.

If a product is faulty or sent in error we will cover any postage cost to return the items.  We do not accept returns on opened or used items unless faulty.
