Shipping Policy
The cost of postage is additional to the cost of the items procured. These costs will be added at the  the cart prior to processing payment. All orders will be sent with tracking to ensure clients are able to follow the progress of their parcel.  As products are custom made, parcels will be dispatched within 7 business days from the time of their order is placed and payment is made.

We understand that buying for your best buddy online can be hard and we want you to adore your new designs as much as we do! However, if your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 28 days* of purchase in accordance with our Returns Policy below.
If you are unable to return your item within 28 days of purchase, please contact us directly at [email protected] before your purchase reaches the 28 day limit. Big Booty Britches reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit.
Big Booty Britches does not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong measurements, but your purchase is eligible to receive an exchange within 28 days of purchase, providing that the items return in unworn condition with any tags attached or wrappings un-damaged and meet the criteria of our 'Return Check List’ outlined below.
Please note: Each Big Booty Britches design is subject to a thorough quality control check before packaging. However, if an item is deemed faulty by our Head Office, Big Booty Britches will offer to repair, replace or refund the value of item. The returned item is subject to inspection before processing a repair, replacement or refund.
Exceptions: We do not accept returns on masks or dog nappies for hygiene & safety reasons.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
As products are custom made, there is a cancellation window of 24 hours. once the products have been cut and pieced together, they are no longer able to be used for another order. If a product is faulty, please notify us immediately as a replacement identical product will be produced and dispatched with priority. Due to health and safety reasons, face masks(COVID), dog coats (Parvo) and other dog products can not simply be exchanged. Please ensure you are definite and clear when you order your products to ensure you are happy with the final products. Of course if a product is incorrect, defective or not what you ordered, we will replace your order in full.
