Shipping Policy

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Please understand sometimes there are unforeseen courier delays outside of our control.


Standard Boxes

Please allow 1-2 working days for To You with Love to dispatch your order – Shipping time is additional. Monday to Friday.

Gift Boxes Containing Personalised prints)

Please allow 2-3 working days for To You with Love to dispatch your order – Shipping time is additional. Monday to Friday.

North Island: 1-3 working days estimate only.
South Island: 2-4 working days estimate only.
Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 1-3 working days for delivery on top of the above time frames.

While we will do everything possible to ensure a gift arrives on time, we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date as delays can happen with couriers.

DELIVERY DETAILS

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, and cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses which have been supplied, or non-delivery due to addresses without access (for example dogs on property or no access to apartment buildings), so please ensure addresses are entered correctly and able to be accessed by the courier.


DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

If you would prefer for the courier to leave the parcel, please tell us in the delivery instruction box at checkout and confirm that we have your permission to leave the gift in a safe place -‘at the back door’ or ‘undercover on the porch.’
We recommend you supply the recipient’s phone number, if possible, to assist with delivery.

To you with love is not responsible for late or non-delivery if the recipient is not home to take delivery. A re-direction or re-delivery fee may be incurred.


HOSPITAL / APARTMENT DELIVERY

Please note that couriers deliver to a reception or designated delivery area when sending a gift to a hospital. To avoid delays, please include the hospital name, ward number and room number in the shipping address and please make allowance for the delivery timeframes outlined above.

When sending a gift to an apartment address, it is important to supply any access codes or additional instructions the couriers may require to be able to access the property/building to allow the timely delivery of the gift.

PICKUPS

Sorry, as we are an online-only business we do not allow pickups.


DAMAGES

If your parcel arrives damaged please report this within 24hours. Please ensure that original packaging is kept intact. This allows us to make a claim on your behalf with the courier and arrange a replacement if the claim is successful.


NON-DELIVERY

All non-deliveries must be reported within 10 days of dispatch. This is just so we can make a claim on your behalf with the courier and arrange a replacement if the claim is successful.

Refund Policy

We will gladly replace an item if it is faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item on tara@toyouwithlove.co.nz If you wish to exchange or return a product, we must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your item and the item must be returned within 30 days.

Items must be returned in the same condition which you received them, with original packaging, tags and packaged appropriately in unused condition. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.

You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty. Items must be sent back via track and trace, with signature required. We will either exchange it, replace it, provide a credit or refund the purchase price at our discretion.

We do not exchange, refund or accept returns on any sale items, or custom/personalised orders.
