Shipping can be arranged, we ship nationwide, we do accept collection, shipping is priced separately and varies per crate depending on design, if insurance is not taken out when offered house of dog cannot be held responsible for any shipping issues after dispatch,

As these are custom made refunds cannot be offered after construction has started, deposits are non refundable,
