Shipping Policy
If possible we like to deliver your horse to you. We do charge for this service but only enough to cover costs. If we are unable to deliver your rocking horse we use couriers who are very careful with your stead.
Refund Policy
Our rocking horses are made to order. We will only refund if there is a defect. We would rather repair or replace a defective rocking horse.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
As our rocking horses are made to order and are bespoke we do not offer a cancellation/refund or exchange unless there is a fault in the product.
